Scope
This policy describes how Aluria Advisory handles information collected through aluriaadvisory.com. It does not alter the confidentiality terms of any written engagement agreement, which govern client information.
Information we collect
- Information you submit. Name, firm, email address, and the content of any message sent through the contact form or by email.
- Technical information. Standard server and delivery-network log data, including IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages requested.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent information to anyone.
How we use it
Submitted information is used to respond to your inquiry, to evaluate a potential engagement, and to maintain records of correspondence. Technical information is used to operate and secure the site.
Confidentiality
Inquiries are held in strict confidence. No engagement details are disclosed without written consent. We do not publish client names, transaction details, or testimonials.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Netlify, and contact form submissions are processed through Netlify's form handling. Email is delivered through standard commercial email infrastructure. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Retention
Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to evaluate or service an engagement and to meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted.
Protected health information
This site is not intended for the submission of protected health information or patient records. Please do not send patient-identifying information through the contact form. Where an engagement requires access to such information, it is handled under a separate written agreement, including a business associate agreement where applicable.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted by writing to info@aluriaadvisory.com.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change, and will revise the date above accordingly.
